Big ambitions should not be limited by a family’s finances.
In building Ways2Raise, we faced a dilemma. We wanted to create the biggest and best resource site for teenagers raising thousands of pounds towards a learning-outside-the-classroom experience. We also knew that building and running a genuinely useful service would not be cheap.
We were adamant that these tools should be available to all, regardless of economic background. Rather than add another membership fee to a family’s costs, we chose a different way forward: working with like-minded companies and businesses through our Companies That Care philosophy.
Ways2Raise is a social enterprise with one objective: to help every teenager have an equal chance to access these trips and the learning journey that comes with them.
More than a trip fund

The trip goal is only one part of the value. As they use Ways2Raise, teenagers practise real-life business skills, AI prompting, money management, goal setting, communication and persistence. When they walk into a future job interview, they can bring more than exam results: they can talk about a real goal they planned, the work they did to reach it and the skills they developed along the way.
