A better way to support a whole team. Without stepping into family accounts.
The Staff Room is being designed as a dedicated space for verified Trip Leaders. It will help you create a coded Trip Team, understand the group fundraising picture and share useful updates with parents in the right place.
✓Families remain in control. A parent chooses to link using the Trip Team Code, knows exactly what is shared and can unlink at any time.

The aim is a clear invitation rather than an extra administration task for you or a confusing sign-up process for families.
Create the trip
You name the trip in the Staff Room and receive a unique Trip Team Code to share through your normal group communication.
Families link by choice
Parents use Link with the Trip Leader from their Ways2Raise account and see what their connection will share.
Progress stays consistent
You see the same progress figure a family has chosen to display on its published Fundraising Business Web Page.
Parents stay in the loop
Trip Team updates sit in the parent’s PIN-protected Parent Lounge, not in an adult-to-student direct-message channel.
